Hi every body!!

So, I brazilian, and here in Brazil the calling its only 8 numbers like this:

1111-1111
only this... And most rom's WWE show to me this away:
(111)111-111

Somebody can teach me how I can change that? But, I don't wanna use ROM's BR or PTG..
I wanna use WWE but in this part I wanna like the PTG. Can I get this file?

Its possible do this?
