Can't see my windows folder

I can see my windows folder on the phone, but exploring the phone through windows and my laptop I don't see the windows folder.

You will not see your windows root directory via activesync. You need to make whatever changes you need on PPC via a File Explorer App.

If you use Windows Explorer, go into Tools (Press ALT to see the menu) > Folder Options and set it to show protected system folders and then refresh the window if needed. This is tested to work on Vista. As for XP, you can use ActiveSync and hit "Explore" to see it.
