Problems when new sms arrives

Hi,

when i receive a new message a very little windows appears on lower left side of the home windows. This new stupid one probably replaces the extended normal one which appears when a new sms arrives and the text inside quotes the sms text.

Simultaneously when i set the ring off or vibration mode however the diamond ring but at the max volume. It's crazy !!!

I tried to remove the last apps installed but the problem persists.

What can i do?

I tried to looking for a key or something word inside the registry, but i didn't find anything.

I think the problem is in some dll or in the tmail.exe file.

Anybody know a way to undestand if any correlated file or string is corrupted or has benn modified?

i've done some screenshot of the problem...i hope now someone can help me :)

As you can see the stupid restricted window with the new message is over any other apps.
