I am currently hosting alot of htc diamond cooked roms on my website and was wondering the legality of hosting these roms. Is it a breach of copyright ?
The authors of the cooked roms don't have a problem with me hosting there roms but since it has been modified but is still designed for HTC diamond which the website is all about am I breaching copyright.
I have been speaking to a friend he he is not sure but he believes it could be breach of copyright
