Dr.Gonzo Rom install problems

hello there

im trying to flash my very first rom on htc s710 branded vox. I work with windows XP and active sync
now i have the problem that after run uspl_116_jackyw.bat the system dont show mw the tux penguin...mmm
somthing is not copyng on the right place cc....
please help what im doing wrong??

HI,
try first to application unlock your Vox, then flash the Vox Update SPL (USPL) 1.16 "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=330909".
After these steps you can flash the new rom.

i get allways cecopy ist entweder falsch geschriben oder konnte nicht gefunden werden. i use vista but also on my other labtop with XP allwys the same problem

cecopy is wrong or can not finde , i use vista but i get the same problem also on my labtop with XP...mmmmm?????
