iPaq 914c flash.dio file

Hello, i'm looking for flash.dio for iPAQ91xc series, mine is GER, but i'd like to have it in WWE or CSY. Can someone point me to place where can i get SDLoader file or better can someone dump rom to it? Either GER or WWE language version.
I did some tries and now it's bricked "littlebit" i can enter SDbootloader and downloadfile modes only. (USB conection is dead)

I did a little research and found theese key combinations:

Clean bOOt - Voice Commander + OK + Reset
Download Image - Volume Down + OK + Reset
Calc Checksum - Volume Up + OK + Reset - disconnected, SD card out
RUU - Volume Up + OK + Reset - UsbConnected, SDcard out
SDloader - Volume Up + OK + Reset - USB disconnected, SDcard in

Modem_CAL - Voice COmmander + Volume Up + Reset
Diagnostics - Voice Commander + Volume Down + Reset

unfortunatelly i didn't hex editor cut so iPAQ was bricked (my fault) but guys at service changed it. I have new one for experiment :-)
