constantly lost config for a network wifi at work

I have configured a wireless network at the work, is a hidden network, WPA-PSK TKIP, I had with the 6.0 for one year, to 6.1 by changing the set and again, every two days I get message that the password is not correct, Failure to enter the network that is cleared, the problem is that the tecnic person puts the password, and is not plan every two days he put it ... anybody but him, I feel that this configuration is cleared or not at the work, the message that leaves me even to get away as if detected and had already lost the configuration and password, is there any way to save a network profile Wifi? How can that be?

Setup the wifi network, hidden with WPA-PSK/TKIP, enter the key, and I'm on, anywhere from a few hours to a few days later I get a wrong key error and the network gets deleted from my list.

I am the network guy and I know the key isn't changing. Same hardware with wm6.0 did the same thing, just less often.
