Im going on a 1000 mile motorcycle ride up the coast from LA to Seattle soon, and I was wondering if there was a way to let my friends track the ride? My wife is rather worrisome when im on the road, and was thinking this would be a good idea so she can see my progress. Something like a web page she can load up, and shows my current location or something would be cool, even if its a subscription service. Any idea's?

Yes.
Staryon, a member here has created one of the best GPS Tracking programs out there. It is called "TrackMe".
I have used it numerous times for varying purposes, from graphing routes through the woods to allowing others to follow me to an event I attended. With photographs along the way.

Disregard the Google Maps API error. I made some changes to my site and screwed the key up.

Thanks! I got TrackMe installed on my own domain now! I tested it out a bit today and it works great! Now I need to get the bike mount ready and its all set. I also installed TomTom7 and TrackMe plays nice with it. Thanks for the suggestion!
