PIM file was so large wing started giving me "low memory" warnings. I deleted PIM file, re-synced with exchange server, and PIM file was rebuilt. Had to re-assign speed dial numbers. No speed dial 1 for voice mail anymore. :confused:Help!

That file holds your PIM information if that's not already obvious enough. To get that number back, go to start>settings>phone>services>voice mail and text messages>get settings>voice mail number should be listed under "Voice Mail."

yes, the phone number for voice mail is listed there, but there is no speed dial 1 available in the speed dial list, and no option to configure it.

In your dialer, go to menu>speed dial>menu>new and set voicemail to number 1.

I tried this but the choices start with speed dial 2. Thanks for trying.

Then what happens when you press and hold 1?

Nothing happens when I press 1 and hold. That's how I figured out that I must have messed it up when I deleted the PIM file.
