iam a new member,i brought an imate jas jam some days before and it is very slow somebody told me to upgrade with wm 6.1 i dont know how to upgrade can anybody help me,and one more thing when iam playing any video on my phone it is not playing smoothly,can anybody help me.

iam waiting 4 ur reply,kindly do me this favour,my phone becomes very slow,and i dont know how to upgrade,and i did not understand what to read plz explain me.

most of those links for downloads are no longer available......I've got a Herm100
that my dad bought on a telstra plan and has quite e few problems in regards to actually receiving a strong enough signal because he didn't update the device when the telstra guys wanted him to and the imate link that was provided to him is no longer available.I understand that it's not the latest and greatest widget but still......so I'm tryin to sort this device for myself and I'm finding it frustrating as :).

I have tried various links but no luck yet. I do have plenty of patience but my internet connection speed and Mr. Murphy are against me.
Club I-Mate has WM5 version and some other sites have expired links.
Very frustrating, can anyone help us newbies?:confused:
