p3400 closed on mobinil egypt

:(hi every one i live in egypt and i buy htc p3400 but it closed on mobinil egypt when ever i but any other sim card it doesn't work what can i do is there any way to make it work on any sim card

i had purshased it from HTC agent and it works in both mobinil and vodafone
