Flag and Cellphone provider

Dear fellow members,

I've been member for quite a while, but I'm just curious how people add their flag and image of the cellphone provider they have to their posts....

I can't find that option anywhere in the User CP. :confused::confused:

Hi. Click on your name in this post, and go to the "about me" section. There are multiple drop down boxes to choose country, carrier, etc.

There is not any one GSM provider form Mexico on the profile list, why is that?
Can any nice Mod or Admin add Mexican GSM providers please?
