im pretty sure all you diamond user on sprint have noticed that as soon as you get ur phone from the store or whatever you have no net access and the store doesnt know what they're doin the reason why is a software issue on sprint lol (i know that im on tmobile) but what you have to do is get the master subsidy lock from the store and have them go into ##3282# and change the "active profile" to "1" viola u have net access and if u hard reset the phone make sure you do the same thing
