Shortcut icon for "Connections"

I searched on the phone but could not find this shortcut, wonder anyone know
the shortcut name (is it *.lnk file) and the location for this file?

currently have to go via long way ie Start --> Settings --> Connections --> Connections
would like to set this shortcut on the main Today Screen.

Try something like that:
ctlpnl cpl_file,panel_id
For example:
ctlpnl cplmain.cpl,6
will open backlight adjustment. Try other ID values and other CPL files (for example HTCCPL.cpl). CPLs are stored in \Windows dir, you can find them using Total Commander CE.

If you want just to disable some connections, use NoData:
