I have a 750v from a friend which has frozen during an upgrade, I have the red, green, blue and white screen. When I plug it in to a pc it indicated it has found the USB device but it will not link to activesync.
I have downloaded a recovery tool and a rom update but they will not run as they can't find the device, they will not even run, I have tried hard and soft reset.
I have looked through the forum and could not find the answer
