Tweaks applied to original WM 6.1 Upgrade

Hello everybody.
As I read on the forum the brand new WM 6.1 update is as slow as an usual HTC update. So for people who don't want to lose warranty yet and install a cooked ROM, I think it would be nice to post here the tweaks you used to speed up a little new update. Thank you. If this thread is useless, please delete it.

Excuse my bluntness, but it's rather useless. Most of the tweaks given in the sticky post, tricks and tweaks, work fine for the official rom. Besides that, you can always switch back to the original rom and SPL. Losing your warranty is not an issue.

ps I was a bit to fast, the tweaks are for wm6.0. Perhaps we need a new tweaks and tricks guide... But changing ROM isn't a danger to your warranty still ;)

I took your advice, saying that there's no problem with warranty and installet ITJE's ROM. Waw, how fast it is. Thank you.
