hi its my second htc flash but now i have a problem with my camera. i start the camera and the screen is black. No funktion. please help me

You have to install the newest Radio ROM (search this forum to find it).

and what if you have already the newest radio rom 1.59.42.15 ???

there is some thing happened I don't understand when flash the rom because I get the same problem while I have the last radio rom in my device

I flashed Touch-IT Lite v1.0 WWE and I get this problem
then I flashed Touch-IT m2d BETA v3.6 and the problem gone

PS: I don't notice the radio version after I upgrade to Touch-IT Lite v1.0 WWE
