It looks like there are only registry changes in the cab...
001 HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\EnableGPSSmartMode 00000001 REG_DWORD
002 HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\EnableAGPS 00000001 REG_DWORD
003 HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\GPSMode 00000002 REG_DWORD
004 HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\NumberFixes 3B9AC9FF REG_DWORD
005 HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\QoSAccuracy 00000032 REG_DWORD
006 HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\QoSPerformance 00000059 REG_DWORD
007 HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\ServerIP 216.198.139.92 REG_SZ
008 HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\ServerPort 000022B9 REG_DWORD
009 HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\TimeBetweenFixes 00000001
Ive looked in my registry... and this is what i have there
EnableAGPS - 0
GPSMode - 2
NumberFixes - 999999999
QoSAccuracy - 50
QosPerformance - 89
ServerIP - 10.1.101.63
ServerPort - 7275
TimeBetweenFixes - 1
I think u just have to turn off AGPS...
Hope this helps :)

^^^ What he said :D :D :D
There's nothing much in that CAB as far as registry settings go - the only difference is that your CAB file sets "A-GPS" to be ON, which is generally not a good idea on Kaisers (it's set to OFF on my Touch PRO too and the rest of the setttings are the same as in the CAB file :)).....presumably the same is true on a Diamond?
Easiest thing to do is to search for, download, install and run "Schaps Advanced Configuration" (latest version is 3.2) - one of the options in there is to disable "A-GPS" - disable it and soft reset your device when prompted....when your Diamond (?) has restarted, run the QuickGPS program in Start | Programs, then try TT7 again.
Hope that gets your Tomtom going again.
Mark.
