Hi there !

I have aprobably stupid question for which I didn't find an answer after perusing for hours through the forum.

I have the AP4 Platinum ROM installed, worked fine.

Installed a today plug'in that crashed my Athena on boot.

After third reset, entered "safe mode" by taping the screen. Booted OK without loading today plug'ins as I wished, and I could uninstall faulty plug'in.

But now, I am "STUCK" with a "Standard Mode" AP 4 ROM without any of my Today Plug'ins available !

The ROM splash screen is different (with a WM6-look alike logo still mentionning the Athena Project).

How do I come back to my "regular" AP4 Platinum with all the goodies available ? I tried lots of key combination on reset, to no avail.

Thank you guys !

Ok, problem solved !!

Was a WEIRD iLauncher-related problem.

I had uninstalled it a while ago but it would seem that it hadn't fully uninstalled (contrary to the "success" status I got during uninstall). When I reset a few times yesterday, the safe mode module in iLauncher "took charge", and disabled everything. And since I had uninstalled it, I just had an empty today screen with nothing in my settings -> today -> plugins list, and I remained in safe mode whatever I did !

SOLUTION:

Just installed iLauncher again, set its safe mode option (in its "tweaks" settings section) to "always", reset, entered safe mode, let it load, reset, normal mode, and got everything back !

Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad iLauncher ! ;)

Well then, maybe that will be usefull for others in my predicament.

I had issues with the black HTC wallpaper not going away and ended up chopping a photo in PhotoEditor and making a white 640X480 .jpg file and setting it as the today screen photo to fix it...
