I'm having some trouble getting WM5torage to work on my 614c. I think it's because HP has their own method of handling USB connections, I don't know. Has anyone been able to use this program on their iPAQ?

I am using WM5torage v1.8 on my 614C without any problems. I use this with the positive results on all ROMs: official 6.0 and unofficial 6.1. Works like charm. I use SanDisk 8GB.
During connection I have only one check box marked: RemovableClass and then of course: disk1: / SD Memory Card. Both LEDs are set to off.

Hm, yeah, I'm using the same settings but it's not working. Are you using XP or Vista?

what transfer speeds do you get? USB 2 or USB1?

I use WM5torage 1.8 and it works finesame settings as Bigu and even a 8gb scandisk card too, but i only get USB1 transfer speeds.

Works fine on XP Desktop and Laptop and Vista Laptop.

Well, after a hard reset, it's working fine now. I have NO IDEA what is different now than before. The only thing I can think of is I installed Mbarvian (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=430354)'s Opal USBtoPC (http://mbarvian.freehostia.com/2008/10/22/all-extracted-opaljade-applications-cab-and-oem-package-included/) before WM5torage. It didn't work but now 5torage does! Thanks for everyone's responses.
