SPV e650, HTC S710 reflashed constantly Searching for network

Hi I reflashed an orange e650 to HTC S710 and it is constantly Searching for network, you can do a manual network serch and it finds O2, T-Mob, Ora.., Vod.
but when you select a network it says

'Error
cannot save settings. verify you have network coverage and that the setting is supported'

Have tried resetting/re flashing phone but same problem

any idea?
