Profiles not visible sometimes

I have noticed that my Profiles aren't visible sometimes. It doesn't matter how I try to view them they are invisible. Other times they are all there. For instance: I can select the Quick List and the first 5 items are there but the profiles items 6,7,8,9,0 are invisible. I can also go to Profiles through Control Panel - same thing. Other times they are all there.

I am running Win Mo 6.1 Dr. Martin Gonzo and also Smartoolkit build RC08


Does anyone have any ideas? Have you seen this before? I may be missing something simple.

After more investigation I noticed that the application data\profiles folder is blank. Should my profiles be listed here? If so, is there a way to re-establish them?

Any ideas please. I'm new at this :)
