Signal Theme for Touch Pro...?

I was just wondering if someone would be up for the task of creating a theme for the Signal App, lets you use your Win Mo phone as a computer remote, seems the Win Mo version is a bit lacking in the beauty department, when compared to the iPhone/iPod touch edition, It would be nice to have a more friendly interface or something thats easier on the eyes.

many google search but no luck to find "signal app"...can you give a link? computer remoting...there is many solutions :
