[THE] Transparant TF3D Theme + Blue Button/Focus

1. Transparant TF3D Theme
As I installed ManilaMods from mun_rus (powered by D-MAN) (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=432951) (with Diamond Background Changer by kevinv2u (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427463)... works perfectly :)), I tried to make a transparant theme for TF3D.

First, I took :
- Glass Clock by ProphecyXR (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2570674&postcount=8)
- Transparant Slider & Bottom Bar by Pamas (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=430287)
- NoCurtains by NisseDILLIGAF (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2649096&postcount=2)

Then, I edited some manila files : you can see an animated GIF in the zip attached (too large to attach directly here :'( ). I use panosha 1.8 icons (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427914)... but they aren't in the cab.

And then, I put everything in a cab that you can find @attachements. Before install, disable TF3D (Start Menu->Settings->Today, 2nd tab). After install, re-enable TF3D ;).

As I don't use every TF3D tabs, I edited only the ones I need... and I'm a little to busy to edit the other one. Just hope this'll help. If you need them, I can send my png files.

Note : As usual, backup before change anything, I'm not responsible if there's a problem, blablabla.... ;).

2. Blue Button/Focus for TF3D
In FT3D, everything is green... but my top/bottom system bar are blue. So I edited all manila files where I can find green. Here is a screenshot of the new files :

To install this button/focus blue theme, just download the Rno Theme Blue Button.cab file @attachments, disable TF3D, install the cab, no soft-reset needed, re-enable TF3D... enjoy :).

NEW I edited all png, gif, bmp files that I found in my \Windows folder (and where I found some green ;)).

@attachments, you'll find "Rno Blue Theme.zip". It's the cab zipped. Warning : it'll take 2.85MB of ROM.

Unfortunately, some green button/focus still exit, because HTC didn't put everything in manila or png/gif/bmp files, but sometimes, in dll's (or other things like that... & I don't know edit them :'( ).

Screenshots are in the .zip file @attachement (it's a GIF... but too large to attache it directly in .gif -max size = 20kB).
And I re-upload the cab... I forgot to delete one of the panosha manila files :-/.

Please look at the thread called "what the... ?"

It refers to a youtube clip where the background of TF3D is ... Camera view. That would make this release fully transparent indeed.

No idea how they did it though :eek:

It's change the green focus (on clock for example) to Black/semi transparent... looks great :).

You don't need transparant bottom from Pamas or other transparant files that I mention... they are all included in my cab (I just gave my source :))... but perhaps I didn't understand what you meant.

Ok I must be stupid. I disable TF3d install the cab and restart TF3d. And the only change I get is the tab im in (across the bottom) is blacked out. What am I doing wrong?

@bgrayber : it seems that some manila are not in my cab... particulary the slider. Don't understand why (QuickCab don't like hidden files!?) ?!!! Sorry.
I re-upload a new cab (v2.02) with the slider include. See 1st post.

@ste2000 : no idea... but if you want to see it, it's, originaly, a ROM file. You have to configure your file explore to watch those files.

@mioqiu & all : look at 1st post... I zipped the cab, and it works :).

Ever considered using mymobiler (free application) to take images of your screen?

Well the icons along the bottom are transparent now. But the other windows still have the default background (ie the programs windows is still dark blue).

ok. i did that but now my slider covers my icons in the bottom bar. so i uninstall and reset my phone and it still covers the icons. any suggestions?

R. DevilR, great work man! Could i ask u a favor? I wanna change the style from my MDA VArio V (P2) from black-green to black red, red like this in the FingerKeyboard2

Could i ask u to change all the green things in TF3D from green to red and make the CommManager as u did it here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3023462&postcount=10), with the same background color as TF3D, but also with red slider? It would be damn great! :D And just as manila files, not a cab :) Or could u teach me how to do it by myself? Im using WinMobile 6.1 with the stock rom from t-mobile and TF3D v2.1.

You can extract cabs with MSCEInf and then, edit each picture with your favorite picture editor and/or with Manila Editor (export manila files to png, edit png, import png to manila files).

ive installed this on my diamond with 6.1 custom rom but when you press the clock on the screen it just reloads tf3d again & doesnt go to the clock or alarm setting soooo i tried to uninstall it but i cant it says that it couldnt be removed & did i want to remove it from list i clicked yes but its still there & the slider is still see thru ive diabled tf3d then uninstalled then soft reset but i cant get it to go

please tell me i dont have to hard reset to get rid of it:eek:
