No useless stuff in it, really fast, very good reply on gestures, no freezes so far and TomTom 6 is working.

Not working for me right now:

-Switching through e-mail accounts by gesture
-Scrolling in "all programs", when starting it from the programs tab
-Active Sync activates itsself and runs in the background??
-"Long Press End Key" - Terminate Data Connection not working (other functions are working correct).


To use customized cities in the weather tab, you have to install the weather patched Manila 2D.exe, to start internet from the internet tab, you have to first install Opera. Also NetCF 3.5 is missing.

Very good rom, not yet mesured the speed with spb and sktools benchmark but fully functional:
- automatic sound profile ok,
- Photo and video ok,
- mail with exchange server ok and sliding mail works and do not crash,
- music tab working and refresh is ok,

So the only things you need to complete:
- install .netcf 3.5 and activate it,
- add opera which is missing,
then install your favorite programs.
Very good rom.
I've also tested to add Touchflo3D but it's not very operational: not working so bad so the 3D driver is really here but some blocking bugs not due to the rom but to the actual state of TF3D make it unusable: not possible to standby the phone, some blocage time to time which leads to a reset, ...
Very nice but for TF3D, we have still to wait.

I tried 'it also ( coming from the v33F with radio 1.59.42.15)

2 problems :
"all programs" works only one time after the boot or a reset , then it doesn't work anymore ( not important ) and as folderview is soon in the rom it cannot be solved.

sipchange don't works : i've to choose "letter recognizer" after each reboot (important for me )
sipchange is also in th rom , so it cannot be changed.

i tried reinstalling the rom also hard reset but solved nothing. :(

i came back to the v33f which is for me the best Rom i've ever had :) Thank you PdaViet !!

I was using Syrius R1 and I tried this PhamQuang's ROM eith the last Radio Rom. I must say that for me is more stable and usable. No freezing problems and no problems with the calendar (with R1 sometimes it didn't show the next appointment until I did a Soft-Reset).

As for the problems I have they are minor:

1-

how to retrieve the DIALER & CALLER ID used on many other new roms like Syrius, etc. [Full screen Caller ID]

and CAMERA...How bout the MICRO MOD and AutoFocus!

V34 was Black theme and V35 was the Blue one .....
since I couldn't read the original post - I have assumed that this is the differance :-)
what is new now ? - did it fix some bugs ? or this is the same link/build that was published at the 5-Oct ?

4. The Theme is great, however it is "too blue" meaning that in some bottoms you and not decide it it was set to on or off - like in the communication tab - a lot of time I have missed the BT on/off and instead I have put the phone in flight mode ....
advice to use more "contrased" colores like blue and white or something like that

Just obtain the cabs and install those applications you so much like...

The only issue I see is the blue/black themes; the start menu does not update with the relevant colour, even when using the cab to change it.

I have notice in your signature that you are having the R1 ROM :-) - you probably enjoy the latest Dialer skin even after Hard reset :-)
I need to tweak all from the start after each hard reset... since this is a very useful skin (but doesn't have yet the Video call ....), I have asked to consider the possibility to include it if PDAViet will "feel" it is right :-)
basically I personally like this ROM series and I truly believe that 5 tweaks can change it usability dramatically
1. Net 3.5
2. Advance configuration 3.3 with the recommended setting (see also in your R1 bug fix list - this is highly recommended
3. iContact - did you ever tried to call while driving with the "basic" contact list?
4. Dialer latest skin - that prevent you from pressing wrong functions while using the phone
5. G-Alarm - the current poor WM capabilities for waking you up in the morning is now gone with this great tool
So - as I saw at other Chefs ROM they are publishing 2 ROM's for each release light and advance - why can't we recommend for the same my friend (again - only if PDAViet has time for that)?

Tried the V37 and it really is smooth and fluid just like M-Amine's 2.0 RTM SP3 except no advance config, windows live and opera. Memory after boot is 40 - 42. Everything else is working fine. Video call, all programs scrolling, album, etc.,:)

Not really coz i've got my mail configured as it arrives and the GPS and Weather are also configured to update automatically. If you want to save power just enable all the power saving options in the Advance Config tools.:D

Nice rom. Everything works fine, except the "all programs" button in the program tab. Only working first time for me (inkl. scrolling). After one hit, the "all programs" button (in the program tab) seems to be dead. video playing from "photos and videos" tab works fine.
