changing today screen and phone(numbers) buttons

The phone buttons are simply just too small. Also, how do i change the today screen to what i want on there?

Did you use the kitchen to cook your own ROM? If yes then there are several phone themes in there that will get you the large buttons.

If not then you can do a Google search for XDA or PPCGeeks for bluefrog. This should get you a good dialer as well as several skins.
