CID unlock 6915

Does anybody have an utility to CID unlock the 6915?
I tried aWizard stable and beta but without success.
I practically want to change my hp from french to english.

PS : I can change it to german/spanish with ease (there is a post here with spanish,french,german NBFs and RUU) but not into english.
