Where can I download ShellTool?

Don't ever use ShellTool now, there are far better alternatives (CID-Unlock for G3, HardSPL for G4) which use RUU.

If you want a bricked splash screen stucks Device use Shelltool
If you dont... use RUU.

By simple, ShellTool is very easy for leading to incomplete updates. Sometimes it just dies at middle of flashing, or showing complete message but actually not completely flashed.
