looking for one skin

Hi guys, i look for one skin. I see it and download it from this site but dont remember from where, that is only one cab and change only colors of my htc home screen. Skin is black and in middle is blue circle if somone know from where can i download pls write here. im using HTC Touch Elfin

P.S. sorry if i do some mistakes im from Bulgaria and my english is not so good.
