boss i ve hermes cingular 8525 and the problem its freezes with sim and i try to update the rom and in the process its stop at11% and now when i power the phone its stuck at bootloader,the IPL-1.04 AND SPL-140 O1ipro plsssssssssssssssss i need your urgent solutuon to help me revive my phone thx in advance

Man you need to read more,

Get to boot loader, pressing OK on left, power on right and stick stylus in then flash your 8525 shipped ROM from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1990320&postcount=6 while it is plugged in. The first thing you should have done is to upgrade your hard SPL on the very first sticky!! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=296722

sounds like the Hermes was sim/cid unlocked 1st... Maybe we should put a warning on that thread to please re-install Hard SPL after you unlock your Hermes as the SPL is downgraded to 1.40....
