help to flash wing and etc

I have a wing, I have no idea how to do anything on it but make calls, and send text messages. I am using it on AT&T and was wondering if someone could help me out and explain what you can and can not do as well as how to get rid of all the t-mobile stuff and make the phone more compatible with at&t. Thanks

well i dont know why u have a wing on ATT instead of a tilt but im not saying anything but the phone is pretty much compatible with ATT but certain network features are needed to be changed. there is a program called network wizard it will make you phone able to connected to Att, the only thing is that the wing is not a 3g compatible phone so u will be connecting to the shitty edge connection
