I've tried with another hard-spl but I cannot install your rom (no progress on the bar, always at 0%).
I don't know if this an issue on the spl I'm using... Anyway, I'm quite new to this because I previously had a Trinity free device (never spl issues) and now I don't know. Any idea?

I recommend putting the HARDSPL UNSIGNED, and then you can put the ROM, and tell how you gone!

I'm gonna try, I'm looking for this unsigned v1.40 that seems to be most stable one.
The only question I have (but this is maybe not for you) is that there are two .exe files in the folder of the spl (one called manual and other RUU).
Do I have only to run the RUU or the manual also (and first?).

just run the RUU but the manual, if you do not work with the RUU you run it and you put the PDA mode for running the RUU

Now I'm running with your ROM and honestly, I like it too much.
But maybe I would like to put some few comments:
- Communications tab in manila: It's very good to have this tab appart but it seems not working in the same way as the former solution. You cannot activate the phone directly, you have to switch off the filght mode instead (it means that you cannot activate the wifi only either in just one step).

- How can I change the size of letter in the applications? The size of the folders and the font is very small. Moreover, if you go for applications like Java emulators and run gmail, for example, the zise of the font is very very small (not manageable, no way with the fingers).

- Clock appareance in the home screen. I would prefer to have the former look as this one...
