Serious Problem enabling RSAP on Polaris - Cant pair with VW Tiguan

While I try to enable the RSAP on the phone I get the waiting cusrsor on the phone and nothing happens to the phone, its just not activated.
The VW Tiguan does not support anything else than RSAP for its bluetooth kit so I cant use the phone in the car. If the RSAP is not enabled the cellphone is recognized by the car but not pairing as not compatible since the RSAP is not working on the phone.

I'm not such an expert but I had a problem with syncronizing my polaris with an alpine bluetooth module and i found a little piece of software called jetware. it solved all my problems. It's available for purchase and it has a trial period.

I have read that jetware doen not solve the problem, I might try it but it would be great if I had a tested solution. Thanks for the advice though, I am gonna try to find jetware and test it.
