HELP ME ??? I can't install any rom ?

i have jasjam ( IPL-1.00 ) ( SPL-2.03 )
when i installing the rom he disconnect on %3 between activesync & i-mate ?
then he can't install any rom after that . everytime when i want to install he turn off and show me messege ( The file image is corrputed ) please help me to fix it > thank you
note : i tryed more than rom but he still the same problem?
