Don't worry... This is something I could add in further versions ;). There's not a technicall issue with it. It's just a priority thing, I think it's better to have less memory and fast than an icon. This app is not a Tf2D /3D clone but a full customizable UI ;).

Quick question, in 9.4 i had to set the time right everytime i turned on my phone if i was in the flash clock. I live in the US and the 12 hour clock wouldnt set. Am i right?

+1 on the new release, it looks like it does run extremely faster compared to previous versions. i am looking forward to the new release. The only reason i unloaded this from my phone was because of how laggy it was. But other than that i really enjoyed it. I will be reloading this when you release it!

While I am waiting for the new release, I thought about difference between ThrotteLauncher and Manilla 2d (Beta 3D).
L26 Version of Manilla 3D was good considering it's still in developement stages. It was easy to configure and not too complicated. If it wasn't for the power bug, it would have been a keeper.
While ThrotteLauncher have more option to customize, getting the flash weather has been always a issue.
I am hoping ,this next release has a simpler set up for the flash weather.

Just my two cents worth while we are all waiting....

The correct size is 271 and not hidding buttom bar.... also please check that you have 0.9.5 on the about box.... What exactly did you find slow? You can try changing the transparency settings to make it work smoother.

Check the first post for a patch for wqVGA ;). Also have you ensured that you have 0.9.5 installed? Go to ThrottleConfig and check the veresion number on the popup please.... It's no sense that it work slow as 0.9.4k. 0.9.5 is a lot faster!

Try doing the following. Enable the wifi through the comm manager. Then try to turn it off using ThrottleLauncher.. also check if throttle launcher shows the wifi as on. Sometimes ThrottleLauncher wifi toggle conflicts with the comm manger....

I think I might have downloaded the wrong version after all.. Very strange. I downloaded the same zip, re-installed it now it's 0.9.5.. SORRY for not paying attention! It's a lot faster indeed!! Comes close to manilla in terms of speed but throttlelauncher is more flexible.. Nice work!

I have the issue still where the soft bar at the bottom is not dissapearing. Also, I think I have found an SMS issue and may know what is causing it. My SMS is not showing up on the SMS page and I think it is due to the fact that I am running/using the default Palm threaded SMS software(I got stock Treo 750c. Maybe you can get that check out or something with people running the Palm SMS software instead and see if they are also having issues so you can add a patch or something for us users. Thank you for the great software and have a nice day.

The problem is that the Flash activeX doesn't work for some reason... Also flash files are compiled for F7... But you can still use the launcher without the flash :).

Have you selected S2P in the combo of players? Also click the album art to open S2P, the play will not open S2P but the cover will ;).

That can be an issue indeed.... If Palm SMS stores messages in a repository other than Windows Mobile default it will be really hard to integrate :(... Any way I'll try to do some researchs ;).

Thanks for the screenshot... Please if you want to use the standalone app asign a background to it. You can do that by going to ThrottleConfig and getting into the StandAlone tab. Although I recomend you using the today plugin instead of the standalone ;).

The plugins are the last thing to use in shake of stability so flash it's alow to startup :(, you're right. For classic contacts you have to change the scrolling mode to kinetic or paged in the config dialog. And about images, you're right they are designed for qVGA though here you have some png replacement for VGA devices by Dingo (Thanks pal!!)

It is compared to previous releases :o.... Though you're right, as it's a NET.CF app and it's really graphic intense (scrolling and png support) it takes memory... but I think it's "light" for the functionality it gives.. Tough that's my opinion. Rltoday rocks too :).

My device is an Herald with 200 Mhz OMAP850 CPU... On your's it must work a lot faster! Please send me your ThrottleToday.txt files. Also you can play a little bit with transparency settings....
