Hello

My english is not so good...

I have the problem that in Manila 2D Musiktab the volume buttons are missing. Is there a solution?

M2D uses HTC Audio Manager 2.0 which does not feature volume control.
If you want volume control you need to downgrade to HTC Audio Manager 1.2

In the Audio Manager, I have the volume buttons.
I believe in Manila 2D Musiktab. On Startscreen...

Upgrade to M-Amine 2.0 RTM SP3 GER (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=430745), in the 2nd post you'll find a patch to solve your problem :)

I have patched my Rom with SP3 but i dont have Volume Controll in the MusicTab.

Oh..what a english !!!
