Ran Cruise_Photo Quality.CAB from HTC's site with Syrius R0 installed. Now my camera doesn't operate, let alone focus better.

Opening the CAB file I see 4 files...

00000CIF.001
ModuleID.999
ModuleID.002
DRVUPD~3.000

Obviously these overwrote some default settings, and have caused my camera to fail. Is there any way to uninstall and reinstall the camera app? I suppose I'm going to have to hard reset, I just have having to reload everything again, reapply all the patches, etc. :(

you can uninstall the fix
look in remove programs and you will find something ... HTC
after that the camera should work again.

Keep in mind that the fix is only for removing the maze like artifacts appearing in bright light.

Why have you not upgraded to Syrius R1? It's better and more stable.

Well, I did a hard reset and the camera is working again. But it still has trouble focusing on items like watches, etc.

I've looked at the troubleshooting steps for R0 and R1, and I just have nearly no trouble I can't fix with R0. Until I find there are no problems with the items I'm concerned about, I don't see any reason to upgrade.
