Mobile Device Center Not working?

So it started right after I installed Manalia 2d it seems, but I'm not blaming it on that, I don't know the real cause.
I have my phone plugged into my computer now via USB, and I can go into My Computer and access the files in my phone, but in Windows Mobile Device Center, it says my phone is not connected...

Any ideas?

Have you tried launching WMDC from Control Panel prior to connecting your phone? Also, what ROM are you running? Cooked or Stock + Manilla?
