My Diamond sometimes get reboot during the night

My Diamond sometimes get reboot during night while charging, any idea what can cause this ?
I have no schedule for backup etc..(doing Backup manually),
Ofcorse I can HR and start all over..
I checked in Notification (with SK-tools) and find nothing...
