Using wing as router without internet sharing

I have a specific reason I would like to use the wing as a router via dial-up. I used the dialup connection for my blackberry and I would like to do the same with the wing. I have searched all over but can't find out how to. I haven't figured out how to make the wing recognized as a modem in Windows. That is the main problem. I know the settings I should use. Just the modem problem. If anybody can help. Thanks

i know of a program that u can use to do it as wifi i think its called wifi router or something like that ill update later with the app and link if i remember its freeware
