Cant find Norwegian/International ROM

Hi.

Sorry if this question is in the wrong place. I have been searching for over an hour now, but I can't find any norwegian rom for the Kaiser.

Is there none?

The original ROM file can be found on the HTC support pages when entering your serial number on your HTC.

I've used the ROMeOS on my norwegian TYTN II for a while now (it's english). Today I'm trying the PDAUltimateV3.
