the Touch Diamond has no ext. rom!

And HTC has not licensed TT7 for the diamond.

So you will not find an official HTC rom with TT7.

just put TT7 on ur internal storage? youll be saving loads of space doing it that way anyway, due to the hugeness of the maps!

In simple terms HTC do not Ship it with their ROMs, it is the Network providers that have licensed it and shipped it in their ROMs. This is obvious if you look at the link you provided above e.g. O2, Vodafone etc. Get the latest official HTC Rom, its linked somewhere on the site then Google for TT7 for diamond there are a few CABs floating around, it is of course useless without MAPs which you SHOULD pay for unless of course you manage to get a hacked version.
