Toasted Diamond!

ha ha,

I was sat happily listening to mp3s over on my wireless headset when all the sound stopped!! picked up my diamond to see if I had hit a dodgy music file and found a small melted area on the centre circle!!

Rang vodafone who are sending me an envelope to return it to be repaired (de-melted??) or replaced.

Anyone else have anything similar??

What do you mean under melted center circle? You mean touch circle?

Have you any pics? I'm listening music via bluetooth every day
2 hours while travelling to college and 2 hours traveling back and
I haven't noticed something strange abou my diamond :confused:

its not normal that you have a melted area but i can melt beceause the dimond it zelf gets realy warm at the point of de circel and places around of it i have got it with my own to it was realy warm when i picked it up from my desk after listen music by headset

I really should have taken pix, (didnt think) Vodafone have had me send it back for repair/replacement.

I had it on for about 3 hours, with the charger plugged in. The circle was bubbly and slight cracking on the plastic was evident.

Initially I thought the battery had run flat, but when I plugged it in at home it get extremely hot within minutes and wouldnt charge.

Hope they get a replacemnt back to me I miss my diamond. however luckily I still have my Touch.
