What does the newest HTC rom add to my Athena?

I have the HTC Advantage and just dl the latest rom from HTC's web site. Should I install this rom? What does it improve or add to the Advantage?

- opera version is 8.65 (2282) was it the same with the default 7500 rom?
- rom date 7/20/7, version 2.21.405.2
- radio version 1.50.00.00
- storage 144.04mb, program 110.94mb (i have spl1.20.olipro)
- windows media player 10.3 build 17745
- no new applications afaik

so, honestly, do not know what is new or upgraded other than the rom and radio :confused:

Its the same build and Opera version as the one I downloaded a year ago. The radio is newer but with newer radios available here (up to 1.58) that's a non-issue.
