Where I can found change log and differences between HTC official 1.93.707.1 and 1.93.405.1 ROM's?
It's worth to upgrade from 1.93.401.2 WWE to 1.93.707 WWE?

Both ROMs are the same. 401 and 707 just describes the region they are released for.
