bElite 0.99d and TF3D Internet Browser shortcut assign

I have just install the bElite 0.99d ROM, first things thank you for this release

I have on settings to do on the TF3D Internet Tab Browser shortcut, how to assign my fresh opera installaton ?

Because when I click it, nothing appreas.
