Help with a account locked titan

I bought a titan dirt cheap off of someone but when i try activate it to my alltel account they tell me it is locked in the system due to someone oweing on a bill the account came from, does anyone know a way around this?

There is no legal way of getting it activated. sorry.

The account lock is tied to the ESN of the unit and that is not legal to change. It is possible, but not legal and should not be done as the trouble you could get into would cost you a lot more to get out of then just getting another.

1) Pay the bill
2) Switch to another carrier if they will register the ESN
3) Keep asking for supervisors to unlock it and explain to them that if they don't unlock it they get nothing. If they do at least they will get your monthly bill.
