please help for htc home

hey guys i need some help from the geeks..i have installed htc home on my new diamond but problem is that i m not able to get it right here is the problem as posted in pic below..the home is soo small and all messed up :confused:

i think thats how it is after being resized from qvga . there is another version i use it which is much bigger but only has 5 tabs as oppose to 6 .
