This is the way I found works best. Get your album pic of the net I use mp3spark.com. Then past it in the art work on your PC windows media player. Make sure the album is not on your phone already(Cos it wont work). Then just Sync. There you go album art. There is another way check this out. http://discuss.pocketnow.com/showthread.php?t=23550
