Qtek 9000, WM5, TT7.
Normally, riding on the motorbike I carry my Qtek9000 in the innerpocket of my coat, with the clamshell closed to prevent damage on the screen. Although I do not see the map, I hear the voice with instructions in my helmet via an earphone.
But the newest version of TomTom (version 7) stops working when the clamshell is closed: then no tomtom voice can be heard. This did not happen with TomTom version 6.
After the clamshell is opened again, the task manager is visible. In the tasklist "Tom Tom Navigator" can be selected, and with the "Activate" button, TT7 will be put onscreen again and will make a fix on the satellites again (the destination or route is not lost).
Does anybody know how to prevent that TT7 stops giving voice commands when closing the telephone?
